Don't give up OP. It'll be that much sweeter when it all works out. If you can go to a different firestone alignment, do so.

Do us all a favor and take your truck to a dedicated alignment shop and stop f--kin' around with Firestone. If the Firestone guy doesn't know how to adjust them then you shouldn't be there.

Your nuts are on upside down...

On a side note. My camber is .9 on one side and .6 on the other, caster is about 3.5 left and 3 right. annnddddd the ball joint hits the spring at full extension, how do you think I feel?

I'm trying a new shop this week cuz i'm fed up with the place that just did it.

Yeah I hear ya. I've had 4 (soon to be 5) alignments in about 9 months. None of them have been right. The only buddy I have with an alignment rack is at a big Ford dealer and he's not allowed to use it for side work.

lol, I was so focused on the orientation of the ball joint and the slot on top that I didn't even notice the upside down nut action. I would flip them tho because that extra stuff on the nut keeps the ball joint centered in the washer, slot and uca.

BTW, a 1 1/4" socket fits nice and snug on those ball joint nuts, almost better than the 22mm or whatever it is.

im gonna try adjusting them myself if i set the caster at - 2.0 then i should be dam close to perfect.....
and i slide each camber adjuster in a 1/4 - 1/2 it should be real close to 0 camber 0 toe and 2.3 caster
then ill bring it back to firestone and see what it says then
    how is that any thounghts?????

nerf bars, bed cover, husky liners, Icon coilovers, LR UCA, rear 5100s, TSB AAL, diff drop, carrier baring drop, axel shims, AFE pro dry filter, BHLM, mesh grill, Black emblems,
To increase caster you want the ball joint to be more towards the bed of the truck. This means the SPC logo needs to be facing the front bumber. This will give you +2.0 caster form the ball joint, then the guy at firestone will only need to asjust the LCA.

Ok i'm sorry guys i'm a newb here. I realize this entire discussion is about alignment. I'm also going through this right now. I almost threw down with the tire kingdom worker over this as he was slapping my truck (underneath) with a wrench out of frustration. I just put a 3" lift on and I have stock uca's. They could only get it close. It drives fine now but they will wear wrong. My castor cambers are maxed and they can not adjust any further. Do I need to buy something else or adjust something else to get it aligned. Please Help!
