    ALL OF THEM!...Then some more.

I used industrial seam sealer inside and out. Sprayed undercoating on the outside.

Haven't had an issue I think.

Maybe my welds were better :luvya:

    Jk

I honestly don't check it. I will this summer. Since frank isn't a DD the miles don't click up very high.

I'm in no rush either. Maybe once I get back from my trip east.

That tank isn't going to be moving by summer! :p

I think the welds are alright, aside from the bottom portion. I'm going to foam it and hope for the best.

Honestly, I'd do RTV over foam. Foam can mold or rot.

And indeed it wont! About to go get him actually to start working on the blower..

I could see an open cell foam retaining water and molding/rotting.

But a closed cell foam specifically engineered to provide a waterproof seal shouldn't do that at all. Especially one that is made to handle exposure to the elements, like pond/waterfall foam.

Also, part of the problem for me is lack of access to the inside of the lowermost welds. I couldn't get seam sealer or RTV all the way down there at all.

I think that's why @jubei777 chose the foam he suggested, closed cell, waterproof urethane foam. Especially on an interior.

Going to find out if the additional sealing holds up whether I'm ready or not...

    Drivers side wet :bananadead:

Seeping in from the tiniest little hole. I hate everything.

I wiped it off and unloaded the remaining can of flex seal in there in a furious attempt to solve my issues.

Towards the top, which was a bit dissatisfying to say the least.
I'm somewhat thinking there is water coming from the empty space along the rocker panel as well. We'll see what tomorrow has in store.

I've got the empty space in the rocker that you guys are talking about, I think. Lots of dirt likes to collect there but I don't think things leak.

I mentioned it because I noticed the carpet was wet along the door trim. There still water coming from somewhere and appears to be worse than it ever was before, which doesn't make sense because I caked everything on last weekend. I'll have to wait until it dries up this weekend to look at it again. Not too stoked at the moment.

Check your rear cubby. Make your you eliminate those two plugs behind the cab as well as the potential source as well as the side windows like I saw. I thought I had tub issues but water was coming from the back to the front down the channel near the door trim.

I'll definitely check it out, though I'm certain it's not coming from the rear. If it were, I'd assume the carpet towards the back would be wet.
The pinhole leak I found last night was about midway up the weld - actually coming through the first coat of seam sealer. When looking from the outside (wheel well) I couldn't really find an impression in the seal or indication of a point source. I'm wondering if water is seeping in somewhere else, likely above, and then making it's way to a possible hole in the weld. Might just say fuck it an get a quart of hurculiner and pull a Jason.
