Mine threw P0031 and P2238, I did notice the drop in mpg through my ultragauge. I didn't notice how rough my engine was running until I changed it due to it being a slow decline.

Mine was the original sensor so 160k lifespan is ok in my book.

I changed mine right around 160,000 too. It threw a P0031 the minute I pulled out of the QT gas station from filling up. Same thing never noticed the engine until after it was changed.

That connection is hard to get to. Can't reach from under the truck and there isn't much room under the shift boot. I almost just broke the clip holding it in place, but finally had the nephew use his small hands to get at it.

That picture is after it was released from the clip, another 2 inches back up under there.

I guess the auto and 5 speed have different spots for the connection. Mine was along the side of the transmission, not as tough as yours but still a pain to get it free.

@McMash @04doublecab Thanks fellas! I was always super curious what they actually were since most info I could find had 15" rims for stock. I think they look pretty good too but they are a bit scuzzy I would like to try and clean them up and maybe black them out.

How they stick out so far I have no idea but I would like them to come out a bit more so I am considering ordering some Spidertrax

Right square on top of the transmission on the manual. Maybe it won't need changed for another 160,000.

I was considering keeping it so I could put it back on in the extremely unlikely event I sell the truck. I have a storage problem though.

Shit. Just saw you're in Sonora. My grandmother lived there for years. I also have an aunt that lives up in Twain Harte. Pretty familiar with the part of the state.

I'm in the northernmost part of South Sac (Pocket/Greenhaven area). It's about 2 hours according to Google. Probably less since I go a little over the speed limit.

Well if you're interested in selling send me a pm and if it's in your interest you can keep the bottom half if you'd like to sell it separately as I only need the top valence

You sure it doesn't have spacers already? FJ wheels and 2nd Gen taco wheels have 5.5" of bs and will rub pretty bad without spacers on the uca. Yours are poking out pretty far already.

Well damn @Blackdawg now you guys got me all fucked up, I must be full blown retarded if I do cuz I just had the damn wheels off... got hella distracted with my leaking PS system but that's a whole 'nother story... so if I had a spacer it would be a big extra hunk of metal on my hub or no? ill go crawl under that bitch right now if I gotta

Be pretty obvious if you popped the hub cap off.

    Stuff. Also things.
Slow day at work so I figured I'd throw this out to my 1st Gen peeps:

Have any of y'all used one of the 'stock' air boxes like the ones from Amazon to replace a CAI? I'm not down to pay $400 for a new OEM unit, and I'm way too lazy to troll the junkyards for one either.

    Thanks in advance, guys!
