It's a fun park but would be extremely hot. You're supposed to leave Texas in the summer for trips.

Yeah that's why I was undecided on camping for the night. Going further south in the summer usually isn't my thing unless I'm on the beach. I still want to go down there and check out the park, though.

It's a solid 3 hour drive for me from west Fort Worth , and I take 281 to avoid the traffic on 35. It's not a good option for a day trip unless you are planning on staying in Austin for the night. I will be there sometime this summer but starting from Austin in the morning and returning to Austin in the evening.

Switch end of the wiring is complete including connector. Going to go measure out the length needed to run down behind the dash and start measuring and building out that set.

Also, for the first time in recorded history - Billy (Brute Force Fab) actually finished an order **before** the customer started pestering him asking when it would be done. I'd set a reminder for 11 weeks to drop him a note after hearing it would be 10-12 weeks, he did it on the near side, got to love that.

Someone buy the Sirius Pro LED cubes I have in my US OFF ROAD bumper so I'm not tempted to mount the Rigids I have as ditch lights...

I need to do this, I've had the box from OTRATTW for several weeks now and the only one I've installed is the ADD switch.

Any update on this? The GF and I are interested, plus I got an email at work about slightly discounted tickets plus a hat for Army Appreciation Night.

We might be in, too. Supposed to be moving that weekend though.

    GovX has ticket deals, btw.

Restlessly. Saw a jeep with the ST Maxx at the local HD this evening. I *want* them. However the *need* side of my brain still hasn't quite been convinced.

It's not as bad as it seems starting out. Planning helps - a lot. Really really happy that I decided to do the molex connector so I could terminate everything cleanly and not have a bunch of non-finished jumps and runs waiting for the runs through the overhead and down the a-pillar.

Went to HD this evening to get the bolts for my fuse panel plate, at the last minute grabbed the 20mm length instead of 25mm length, and failed to notice they were M8x1.0 instead of M8x1.25. Drats.

Also - made a rear sliding window security bar out of a piece of square wood doweling... I could make 3 out of a single $1.10 piece of wood. Not quite as fancy as the aluminum bar stock piece sold in the marketplace, but at 30x cheaper... it'll do.
