I am not sure if that is alot/good. I have a house in the same neighborhood, but I only paid $125k for brand new. 3 BR, 2 full bath, 2 1/2 bath, 1 car garage. 1400 finished sq ft, 400 unfinished.

It also helped that I qualified for this program. And if I make more, then they dont kick me out.

I bet realtor hate that program. Only 1.5% commission. Standard rate here is both agents share a total of 6%. Selling agent usually getting the bigger share.

Really really wanting to jump into full hoop pelfrey. I'll probably hold off until black friday. Are you happy with steel?

Edit: Just wish there was a way to see how my rig would look. I don't think anyone else has the gunmetal FJ wheels and skinnies with the bumper :notsure:

Keep an eye on the @Pelfreybilt Facebook and Instagram. They were doing $200 off all front bumpers yesterday. They do flash sales like that now and then. :)

I like my bumper. Steel is heavier than aluminum but much better protection. In places like Moab aluminum comes off on rocks. Steel just bends a bit.

Yeah, aluminum is appealing but I know one of these days a deer is going to take the taco on and I want the confidence of steel :benchpress:
