When I was a teenager working at a car dealership the body shop manager showed me how to use a paper match as a brush. Worked much better than the brush in the tube.

Yes you take some paint out of the bottle and put it in the Reservoir, it is pinpoint and gives you great control to fill the chips, brushes and sticks are all too large to fill chips neatly.

Cool! might be worth a shot picking one up. The one in your post is a smaller one. They also have a little larger one. Is there one you would recommend? Will the smaller tip allow the paint to flow through okay? I hate that brush on the touch up paints also, and now the new ball point on the bottle still doesnt work well for me.

I just checked my Tool Box and the one I use is for Fine Lines, it does take a little dabbing but gives you really good control for filling the Chips, I hate those Pen Tips too, do not work.
