Urgent help with relay that is stuck

    Hey guys 2006 tacoma, replacing a 100relay block under the hood and it is completely stuck, is there a trick to this certain type or relay? Its the blue one labeled 100 for the air-conditioning

    ARE Shell. Pelfreybilt front bumper. hi-clearance rear bumper w/swing out. Rigid light bar/fog lights/reverse lights. Pelfreybilt front skid. Home/hand made slidders. DR front coilovers. Camburg UCA. AllPro Expedition leaf pack w/u-bolt flip and Timbren bump stops. 285 70-17 on stock rims with Spider Trax wheel spacers. EBC slotted/drilled rotors with green pads.
    Stuck as in you can not pull it out? Or stuck as in it won't turn off?

    Canopy, fitted seat covers, OBA with self leveling air bags, 100w solar, dual Rhino Rack Pioneer platforms, side & rear LED work/FU lights, CB, cell booster. 7x16 cargo conversion, 3" lift, 7'x6.5' fold down aluminum rear deck.
    If you are referring to the 100A fuse next to the 140A fuse, it is bolted in. You need to pull the fuse panel up to unbolt the fuse.

    There are some guides on how to do it but basically your splitting the box apart with the plastic clips on the sides

    I hate to pop your bubble, but that 100A AC SKT doesn't have anything to do with the Air Conditioner.

    This is from the Service Manual, Electrical Schematics:

    "100A AC SKT Power Outlet (115V)" It provides power to the AC Power Inverter for the outlets in the bed of the truck.

    I will admit that the name is a bit misleading "AC SKT". I can see how someone that didn't know would be lead to think it was the Air Conditioning System. It was just a fluke that the AC Started working afterwards. It is more than likely the known issue with the blower connector and resistor.

    You may have a burned resistor connector and may need these:

    He's right OP . I had this problem and it was intermittent until I replaced the resistor pack. I could turn it on full, but no other speed.
    Then the next day all would be well again.

    I was desperate and checking everything at the point haha......not afraid to admit it was out of freon :facepalm:
