My wife got the Pelican Athena 100X, mainly because she's small and it's pretty light for a 10' kayak. I went with a Perception Pescador Pro 10.5. It has a mesh suspension seat that should be super comfortable for long days fishing.

Yeah, but I won't have everything in time. Everyone is out of stock on leafs so I will order them right before I leave or while I'm on TDY so right when I get back I will have them. Unless GTF gets them in before I go. I know they placed an order last week for them so we'll see.

Sweet! The install of the front suspension is surprisingly straight-forward too.

Nice! I'm considering going with Kings with a heavier coil when I add a winch.

From Bald Mountain the other night. I will be going back in 2-3 weeks and want to make it the entire way. It will be a full day trail run most likely. No one else likes to drive as fast as I do now lol.

Umm... Parts of it for sure. You'd probably want a lift though. :/ If we get home at a reasonable time I'm still game to have a mod afternoon.

That sounds good to me! I'm still at a friends house in Palmer so there's no way I'll be up early enough for the trip anyways. I'll be looking forward to a mod day if it happens though!

Edit: if mod day Monday happens I would appreciate some help getting my topper off my truck and into my garage for painting prep work :D
