    I ordered two of the penny ones. My son is high functioning Aspergers and has issues concentrating in school. His fidget thing is loud and distracts others. The spinner is quiet and doesn't distract those around him.

    My daughter is more severe on the autism spectrum and one of her "stims " is spinning. She loves it!

    There is definitely a variation in the penny diameter depending on condition and circulation of the coins, but I found 4 in each hole (16 total) to work well as long as I had "larger" pennies as the top and bottom holding the older pennies in the middles.
