    @Cypherian

    My last ortho appt at the VA my surgeon told me the pain I'm experiencing is scar tissue that's covering my MCL . I pleaded with him to go back in and debrieve the scar tissue but he won't stating it'll just grow back and be at the same as it is now

    Next appt in Nov I'm going to tell them to fix it

    Good luck with that argument :{ See if you can get fitted for a sports brace that has the adjustable lateral and front to back stabilizers mine is a CTI carbon fiber and alum it keeps the leg from hyperextension at the knee and in line with the MCL etc even helps the meniscus a bit then go see a REAL bike shop and have them fit and adjust the bike to you . Can't hurt to try your only going to ruin that knee joint and they can only put so many in with all the bone drilling etc.

    Only brace they've given me is a hinged tube style brace with opening for the knee cap . it does nothing but put pressure on my knee cap

    Nah one sec I grab mine , mind you these are custom fit to your leg and for what is needed but it is worth a shot. As the rate you are going they put a new knee in you will destroy it in a few years and either end up in a wheel chair or and you know this if not go read the DBQ they will think about suggesting amputation. I really don't think you want that . Let me go grab the brace.

    A real bike is better than an exercise bike. I can ride my bike with no issue, but the exercise bike isn't the same :notsur:

    :( I only got this many due to what I was doing today.... Will see how I am tomorrow

    :thumbsup: The two loads was all I could handle. Was hot and that was enough. First load was ok and when I was loading the second load, knew it was time to cool down. Thankfully I could unload the truck in the shade :D Drank 4 of my 30 oz cups between then and now, and some Gatorade.

    I found out the hard way about 6 or 7 years ago.... Just drank Gatorade and felt like poo poo. Then started alternating the water and Gatorade and haven't had an issue since.

    I drink the G2 and try to not drink too much of it.

    How're you this evening? How was it having your chauffeur drive you around today?

    Ok here you go like I said yours Is similar but with out the adjustable tensioners to keep things in line the company is in CA use Veterans Choice to get one from them. I am actually supposed to wear both it and the other one pictured on my ankle but I can't they run into each other so I use the neoprene cuff one and hiking boots or regular boots for the ankle. It is worth a shot man or like I said go read the DBQ for knees On there is a question to the DR asking if the veteran would be better served or some such thing by amputation...
