I know there's already a bunch of threads on tires rubbing, but this includes the new frame recall.
My 06 tacoma was dropped off at the dealer 15 months ago for the frame/leaf spring replacement. It has a 3 inch procomp spacer in the front and a 2 inch spacer block in the back. New bf goodrich AT tires and total chaos UCAs. Also have the Five Star FN wheels with 4.5 in backspacing. Just got the truck back Friday and everything looks great, except when I cut full left or right the tires make substantial contact with the fender/frame corner. I trimmed the hell out of that whole fender area and created about 2mm of space between the tire and frame only. Now whenever I make full turns under load, the tires still make contact.

My first guess is that the front end needs to be realigned (maybe lower the caster) but I am unsure how that works with the total chaos UCAs. I don't want to chop the frame.

    Any suggestions?

Do your TC UCAs correct caster for your lift amount? Not all aftermarket UCAs do.

Did you do a CMC? 285s generally require that.

These UCAs are designed to reduce darting/wandering in trucks with 3" lifts and they add up to 4 degrees positive castor. I think it depends on your shock/coil over setup.
I've read that ideal caster for this lift is around +2.5 degrees caster.

I have not done the CMC. Before I got these tires, I had nitto terra grapplers 285 70 16 and had no issues.

New tires might have a wider tread pattern than the grapplers.
