I used 1" 1/4-20 carriage bolts, washers, and rubber washers. It was bolt, washer, rubber washer, Plano box, rubber washer, washer, then nylock. I measured and drilled the holes and bam. All good.

Received my ship notice today for my Tacoma Cabrac and Toprac 5' after ordering on 4/4 and set to arrive to me on Tuesday next week. That is exactly 7 weeks from the day I ordered them and 3 week longer than the 4 week projection stated on the website at my time of order (projection is now 6-8 weeks on the website). I emailed Zach 3 times after my order was placed with the first being at the 4 week mark and he responded back to each email within 1-2 hours with an update. Not sure if it made a difference, but I was alway very polite in my emails requesting updates and each time he responded with the latest update he had at the time. Even before purchasing I emailed him back and forth 4 or 5 time and each time he again responded within a couple hours tops.

I for one can say my experience with Zach/Prinsu has been perfect so far and I can't wait for Tuesday to come :bananadance:

Zach (@zscott) - if you are reading this, THANK YOU for your responsiveness every time I've reached out to you and I can't wait to get the racks!

 Rack came in yesterday, received shipping confirmation on Tuesday. Zach must have overnighted it cause it was here at around 1pm 2 days later. I ordered my rack on March 31st, so it went past the 4 week window when I ordered, but wow. Nothing but happiness after my buddy and I bolted it to the roof. Thank you, Zach. Just picked up the camper this past weekend so I have a feeling I'll be ordering a second rack from you in the future.

Anyone find a water tight box that would fit inbetween the rails so it don't stick up so much? I'm thinking of sticking recovery gear up top.

I ordered on 4/3 with the same projection time. Spoke to him last week and told me mine would ship yesterday as well but never received a shipping notification. Hoping to receive one on Monday! But as you stated he has always been quickly to respond to the updates I asked for. Haven't had a problem yet except for this little hiccup!

That's thin enough I could just mount it to the top. You think it would add any wind noise?

lots of others have it. I just ordered it. It should be delivered tomorrow.

But i have a bunch of wind noise already. I never got that strip for the front fairing, I have a snorkel, and I have a RTT.

Wind noise comes and goes on mine. Depending on wind direction and all. But that's cheap enough I may just have to give one a try. Thanks for the link.

I ordered at $57 for the 42". There was an Amazon test conducted by @ramonortiz55 for the 36" and it didnt really work. But the 42" went down in price

Yeah that 36 has been stuck at 69 for ever. I was hoping that experiment worked but so far, nada
