Haha. Yep. Trying not to cook like last year. My place gets baked all day. Mentioned a A/C unit to the landlord and he said to get some prices so maybe he is willing to make it happen.
I live in a granny unit above a garage that has all the hvac for the furnace already, just need a central A/C unit.
