where do I buy the metal plates for the weld for CMC?

Man, $100 including everything is more than worth it. Unless you have the tools and know how to weld, this is a no brainer. Luckily for me, I work at a body shop and have access to everything needed. Plus getting a set of plates from BAMF for less than $20 shipped. $100 for parts and labor is a steal in my mind.

Cab mount chop. It takes away part of the cab mount so you can clear larger tires.

Thanks man. Yeah, I love my TacomaWorld brothers and sisters so I try to provide work at a reasonable cost for everyone.

 

Here is one I did a couple days ago, it just allows clearance for larger tires, you generally want to do a pinch weld mod (pictured) at the same time. When I do them I include plates in most instances, unless provided by the customer.
