Morning Kevin, How's your body feeling after your attic work? Had the same issue in my old house with the crawl space. All the plumbing was in there and I spent many an hour in there repairing and replacing pipe. Would hurt for days. Now I have a wifes shit storage(basement) area with 9 foot ceiling. So far no leaks. Rest up so you will be ready for Monday:rolleyes:

Morning all! ANother Commencement ceremony in the books for the college. What a great day!! My favorite of the academic year!

Today I get to cut and trim the grass - put a new belt one the blower for the grass catcher and a new cover on the bagger last Friday so I'm all ready to finally catch up on the jungle.

I can't remember if I ever mentioned it - a sure sign I'm getting older - but I am friends with our old buddy Jim on FB. His Tacoma is pristine as always and he's as irreverent as we loved him here. I am so happy to have linked up with him after he got the ban hammer here.

Glad all went well at the Commencement Mark. Just hope the graduates can find good jobs in the job market today.
Please say HI:hattip: to Jim for me. I'm one of the last holdouts not on facebook. The only forum/chat thing I'm on is TW. Glad to hear he's doing good.

    Enjoy your Sunday.

    Morning all:
Hear you Mark, maintaining any amount of property can be a PITB!
Say HI to Jim for me, wish he were still posting with us and his chair on the porch is still there for him. I'm not on FB, but the more I hear people talk about it it seems there is a lot of good information to be had on there if used properly.

FINALLY! Yesterday I got the jet bolted onto the transom. Was worried about drilling thru the transom so the holes matched up with the holes already in the riser. That turned out to be a non issue because it is a boxed transom with aluminum sheet on both sides of square aluminum tube, drilled thru the one side and then drilled thru the other side and got the bolts installed.
NOW: I need to figure out a way to install a trolling motor bracket on the stern, have a TM on the bow but need one to be able to troll from the stern. There isn't enough room on the transom to clamp one on, so I need to fabricate/engineer something that will work.:annoyed:
At least that isn't a necessity for the river, but gives me the option of trolling for Walleyes both in the river and if I took the boat to other lakes, jets don't troll very well!

WOOPS, almost forgot-----How goes it Rob, hope you're doing better at fishing than I am! :(

I was on FB for about a year ... deleted my account when I started getting in political arguments with family.

Forbiding political discussion on TW is probably why I've lasted so long on here ... and no where else. :notsure:

    Hiya Carl!
Haven't been fishing yet this year, but the Kings have showed up in Ship Creek and the first Copper River Salmon hit the docks last week. Won't be too much longer.

Caught an old Elvis movie I hadn't seen before the other evening, "Speedway" ... best part of the movie was 60's cars; saw an Impala in there that made me think of my FIL and you.

Thanks everyone for the kind thoughts, words, and prayers towards my wife. She's a tough bird and doing just about everything she did before the fracture, so I'm hoping it's just a matter of wearing the brace to ensure proper healing.

Oh and hi Rob. Ram break down again? :boink:

Read some of the political stuff on FB and ignore most of it - can't be sure what's real and what's garbage :annoyed:

:annoyed:  STILL DON"T have the part I need to fix my weedwacker. According to tracking, it's been in town since Thursday :goingcrazy:

:woot: for a successful Commencement Mark. According to what I heard on the news the job outlook is really good for graduates this year.

Hot here today, 79 or 80. Watered the lawn for the first time yesterday, need to give it its first mowing now. Sometime. ) See if I can get a night of camping in before the holiday, use my new air mattress and Kirkhams Springbar tent. A palace. I think I just about have enough wood split to fill my woodshed. Have to wait a little for some wet wood to dry, laid it out in the full sun. It should dry nicely in a couple weeks, at least it was not green.

:rain: here, but not cool. Stump burning slowly, but definitely going the right direction.... have some bigger wood pieces to put next to it to help it out. Hopefully get to do it next weekend, needs to dry out again.

Went fishing. Only caught one mackinaw, about four lbs. That's 20 lbs in fisherman weight. ;)
Possibly a little too much sun, but not burnt.
    All in all, fun.
