Currently at church. Had to poop, so ducked out on the last song of worship. Sitting in the stall and some dudes walk in. The don't notice I'm here, and one guy confronts the other about some things you don't do as a Christian man.

Really awkward, so I just sit here and wait. 5 mins later, they're done. As they walk out, push out one last nugget & rip a fart in the stall.

They leave in a very expeditied manner, presumably so that I won't see who was having that convo.

    Real awkward.

I'm looking forward to the monsoon, it sounds like fun. :p Also maybe a legit sandstorm in the meantime.

I'm pissed, I found a roach in my apartment this morning and I'm trying to figure out if it's some dickhead interloper or if he brought friends. I'm the top floor on my unit and I keep my shit pretty clean, but I'm thinking it's because the guy on the bottom floor is remodeling and leaves his doors open all day. On the bright side we do get discounted pest control, but the next date is 3 Fridays from now.

Don't worry, the scorpions will eat them...!
If you have crickets and roaches, there's a decent possibility you may have their poisonous predators.

I'm about to go to a family friends with my kiddos to use their pool. Bringing beer as payment to use their facilities. Sometimes I wish I had a pool, but then I remember how expensive they are and would rather buy beer yo pay off people to use theirs.

Well I don't have crickets, that's for sure. I did a crazy sweep of my place and I'm pretty sure this guy was just very lost. Was a full grown adult. Busted out my super bright work light and shone it inside cabinets, down the sides of my appliances, etc.- no critters or signs of critters, no loose food, droppings, molts, egg cases, anything. For $20 though, a pest treatment seems like a no brainer.

As bizarre as it sounds I feel less creeped out looking at scorpions than I do at cockroaches. Scorpions I would just grab tongs and a bucket & do a catch and release, feisty little scorpos don't deserve to die!
I feel the same way about spiders, animals designed to kill the more annoying buggies are OK in my book unless you startle me, then you might get the squish. I've gone to great lengths to catch and release jumping spiders, much to the chagrin of screaming girlfriends shouting "JUST KILL IT!"
