    I have better piece of mind buying a new part of the old one really needs to be replaced, I'm wanting to upgrade to 265s soon but my current tires are still in good shape... Never thought I'd be annoyed at tires lasting so long

    I've heard you say that the dakars are not side specific, but they are ... sort of. At least what I have learned from TW is that there are three different ratings on the springs. There is a + , 0 , or a - symbols painted on each pack, depending on rating. You should always have the highest rating on the drivers side to compensate for lean. Obviously the plus sign is the highest and the negative sign is the lowest. At least this is what I've always thought from back when I had dakars and was researching.
