Under Rail LED Bed Lights - LED Suggestions?

Next weekend I plan on installing under rail LED. I have read a handful of posts regarding this (most very helpful), and I am hung up on what LED strip or light to go with. Anyone know of a bullet proof LED strip or light? I see a bunch in the $12-$20 range but none seem to instill any amount of confidence that they are a rugged, truly weather proof product. I don't mind spending an extra couple bucks, I plan for this to last for many years of service.

Been around three years, no issues
Then again....i got a leer cap.

 

I don't have a cap and live in the NE so huge temperature swings, snow, rain, humidity, the whole spectrum.

If it is truly IP68, I would think it should hold up.
