the brace makes the diff?

 

Worn this for 3 years prior to my knee replacement and now wearing it again , go figure

 

Growing up, when the cousins came to the lake during summer vacation, we would always have a fish fry one or two nights with all the trout we had caught. As kids we took great delight in tossing the white eyeballs of the cooked fish in each others milk. We found it grossly funny.
Years later my cousin married a woman from the Phillipines and they had kids. When we joked about the white eyeballs, they all fought for who would get to eat them...different culture.

 

Years ago dr said I needed a new knee after 3rd shot.
I replied I needed a new dr.
He got pissed .
I left.
Still have knee. That was like 10 yrs ago.

 

Wait, what ... no I don't want to understand.

Its the MCL that's the problem and this brace allows the knee to be more stabilized

 

At least it stops the pain without the knife.

 

Is it comfortable enough to wear on the hike up the mountain?

Yep very comfortable but will need trekking poles if any serious hiking

Poles are better exercise anyways.

 

Going for a quick walk to see how this brace feels , haven't worn it in 3 years !!!
