    Went 1.5 miles had to take the brace off as it was to tight , causing chaffing from the straps . need to readjust the straps to
    make it fit better "looser "

    Going to have to wear it a few times a day for an hour or so until im used to it again . when I first got this brace it took a couple weeks until it wasn't causing problems
