The inside was nice and it rode well, but on the whole would not recommend. The 3.5 sucks... Sorry if anyone here has one, but it makes an awful noise, and isn't very powerful. Also, the amount of road noise for a truck that was listed at 43k was ridiculous. I thought there was a back window open.

Well My light bar is at the front of the rack. I bought enough 12ga nautical wire to run from the front to the back, down the hatch then back to the Blue Sea fuse block in the engine compartment. the back lights will take the same path when I get around to finish wiring them.

They do look nice but for 43K I would get a 4Runner.

My buddy loves his. Hopefully he will let me drive it when he comes out in August. He has the TRD OR 6-speed though.

Yep, glad I did and that I steered clear of the 3rd gen's...even though the dealer was trying to sell me on one.

    Is it hitting the CV?

Got my kings this weekend and one was fine but the other was dead. Compressed super easily and no rebound, rebuild time for me.

You don't have custom mounts right? Thinking of ordering some rear kings soon and looking into what travel numbers I should be looking at

What should I be aiming for with stock mounts for rear shocks? I feel like a 10" travel shock is average

Glad you were able to pick up the kings.

Ya the spring barley touches the cv. I'm thinking if I rotated the spring it won't hit and/ or add a 10mm spacer and it would be golden.

I put my icon top hat on it to mount it and cycle it. That's the only issue I see so I'm going to drill and tap the fox tundra tophat and test them out.

They seem to have nitrogen in them so imma play with them before tearing them apart and rebuilding.

No sun roof on the one I drove. I made sure all the windows and doors were closed. Full disclosure I was going between fully loaded f150 and f250s so maybe the other trucks were just way quieter.

I can't see that being a bad truck. But that 3.5 isn't that great of a truck motor. I can see why 2nd gen Tacoma are holding their value so well.

400W lightbar. I had to run 12Ga. Too thick to run it that way.
