I'm telling you, none of the suggestions will remove it short of removing the clear coat and paint as well. I tried everything and so did the dealership. They wouldn't have replaced my truck if it were removable.

I would argue that melamine sponges are no more abrasive than 2000 grit sandpaper, which is what you would use to wet sand a scratch. Simple buffing with a DA will polish it up.

Exactly. I just didn't want to try and explain it on here. Take it it leave. It was just a suggestion and does work if you know what you're doing. But it doesn't work in every situation.

If the dealer did it they have to fix it. skip all the diy fixes. I read the posts from people having tire shine stain the paint on white and quick sand trucks. the dealer wrecked one guys paint. I'm pretty sure it reacted with an anti mold agent on the tire. sux it happend to your truck

Absolutely do not do this unless you hate your paint. Magic clean erasers are unbelievably abrasive and damage your paint.

Getting through a ceramic coating takes a decent cut after it's cured. My guess is it's under the coating.

Talk to the dealership about talking it to a qualified detailer. I highly doubt they have one.

OP - did they come to a resolution for you? Did the spots fade away?
