    I despise overhead squats and squat snatch. I'm so week with those things. But since I started, my flexibility in my shoulders has improved ten fold so I can be thankful for that.

    After doing OHS today, I have no clue how I hit 170 before. It is such an swkward position to hold the damn bar.

    No lifting shoes, for backsquat me and my buddy used 5lb plates, I wish I woulda used them when I did 300, prob woulda been a little easier. But yes, it was the most painful thing in my life when I had to shower after I tore my hands to shit.

    I just ordered a pair of lifting shoes so that is going to help me out a lot.
    The cheapest I found was $55 shipped from maxbarbell.com and now that i look at their website again, they have a pair for $50

    They might be good, but anything that goes between my toes I can't stand. I'll let you know how awesome the regular lifting shoes go.

    Alright havent posted for a while ut rest assured have been doing my crossfit. Not like I could type on here afterewards anyways (hands all shakey) One focus fo rme reciently has been to pick up the intensity level. It has paid dividends although I am almost tapped out each time!

    Today we did...
    Warmup:
    400M run
    10 Samson stretchs
    15 box jumps
    10 Wall squats
    10 SDHP
    15 situps
    10 Bar swings
    400M run

    Challenge
    100 reps team pushups/box jumps

    WOD
    10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1

    Front Squats (75lbs)
    Pull ups
    KB swings (24KG)

    Pretty weak on the squats weight, I however still hear my kness popping.
    Finished just over 20 minutes which while not the best time I was throughly wasted from it!
