If UPS doesn't has YOU signing for your item then it should be easy to get reimbursed for. Where did you buy your amp?

I have, but the company I ordered from filed the claim, and sent me new free fog bulbs. I didn't do anything on my end IIRC, but that was a couple years ago.

Thanks man. Yeah it sucked for awhile there, but a little patience, and the help from an awesome TW member, got it all straightened out. While we were under there I went ahead and installed the ubolt flip kit and superbump for that side. :D

Go with the easy thing first.
I would check with the neighbors.
I've "lost" a couple of shipments before and it ended up with my neighbor. There's been a couple times that I've gotten a pkg meant for a neighbor as well. Usually it's a new guy that's subbing in for the regular guy.

They will probably be the ones to file the claim with UPS. Good luck man!

    That's what I do too.
But sometimes the neighbors aren't expecting a package, so it may still be sitting at their front door

Yes, sliders will fit either DCSB or access cab because they attached to the frame. Step bars attach to the bottom of the cab, and a DCSB and a DCLB cab are the same, with the same bolt locations for the steps, hence the step bar should bolt up. The main difference is that if the step bar is wheel to wheel...if they are and come off a DCLB, then they would be a little long for the DCSB.

You can't do anything because the package is the property of the shipper unless UPS got you to sign for it. If UPS claims it's lost, then the shipper must file a claim and wait for UPS to process it. It sucks because UPS will drag their feet hoping the package shows up. After 30 days they will finally claim it's lost and start the refund process (hopefully it was insured). I know this because UPS lost a very expensive router for my company a few years ago and it took them forever to pay (Insured for 20K). Hopefully the shipper will be good and send you another product while they wait for UPS. If it's a small compnay, they may wait for the UPS payment before shipping anything. Good luck, hope it works out.

Thanks, im currently the 7th caller on hold. Ups tracking says it was delivered. Which leads me to beleive it was delivered to the wrong house

I hate that crap! "Delivered" could mean they tossed it into the river and it may find its way to your house. Without a signature they should never say anything is officially delivered. I think the whole shipping industry has taken a nosedive recently.

Well I remember I felt very strongly about my reason but that is all I remember. I guess I prefer the smaller mom and pop operations.
