Good call. I too will leave a slight rake when I lift. Don't want to have bro lean with cargo on the bed.

smitty99 I've been reading your build threads and they are impressive. Thanks for sharing all that work with us. What are your thoughts on progressive AALs for a moderate lift that keeps the smoother stock-ish ride, but gives a bit of lift with the progressive strength for moderate towing? Would you keep the stock overload leaf in? Thinking about:

    http://www.headstrongoffroad.com/store/p95/Icon_1.5_Inch_Progressive_Add-a-leaf_-_51100.html

    or

Thanks in advance for any thoughts on this.

I might be more inclined to go with airbags or sumo springs if I were to haul or tow heavy occasionally. Otherwise maybe the 8 leaf Progressive pack from wheelers. Good question. Not sure I am the best person to answer it. @GPsevinSixx might weigh in?

This is the exact setup I will have. Did you leave the factory overload leaf in? Spacer on the driver front to adjust lean? Trying to get an idea of what mine will look like. The rear lift gets here tomorrow so Ill find out in a few days, I guess...

Perfect! It's crazy how you see some running the same setup and it looks like they have a foot of wheel gap. When the tires are the same size. I will have 285/75/16s but otherwise our suspension setup will be the same. Your truck looks good man! Hopefully mine will have the same stance by Wed.

I read Alcans , when I talked to Wheelers I was told a reputable company. Maybe dan can help us ? Coming from car world- I tend to like complete suspension setups, even thought about OME BP-51s, but it is a lot more $ than I would like to spend, that could be spread on more parts.

Looks great from your profile pic! Can you post a bigger picture? You have the exact same truck that I just ordered.
