    I operate a Oil production facility (battery we call it). About 100 wells are pipelined into the facility, which seperates the oil and water. Selling the oil into a pipeline and injecting the water back down into the formation to maintain formation pressure.

    Ah yeah I gotcha. I work on the trading/scheduling side of the electric market, but I'm actively looking to see if there's another direction I can go within the industry or not.

    I was A&P - they liked to call us AMTs - for 29 years at United Airlines. UAL is taking a big PR hit these days, but as we know, the maintenance side almost never interacts with customers.
    Got a better job now, called retirement. ;)

    I operate 4 1200hp GE / Solar / I can't remember off the top head turbines. Gas burning units that drive bingham water pumps.
