Poking at the skin is no problemo, but anything under is just plain NOPE! Long needles freak me out.

    Haha okay, okay...

When my best friend took her phlebotomy class, they needed volunteers to be poked and prodded.

Her husband and I went into class one evening and spent 2 hours being passed around to different students, each one drawing blood somewhere different. My arms and fingers hurt for DAYS afterward.

    What'd I miss?

Was woken up by my coworker deep in R.E.M. Sleep at 3 am.

Finally got things running smooth again. This morning was a total. :crapstorm: Show.

I used to spend weeks at a time running on an hour to hour and a half of sleep a night and a little nap on my lunch break back when I was still working construction. At that time, I also mowed lawns, worked on cars, and did the paper route with Dad at night. That, actually, was rough.

I've pulled quite a few allnighters. After a while you get over being tired.

I pulled a allnighter when I built my bumper at work. Had that bitch on the truck the next morning at 0830. Started at 5 the evening before. Even ran a few calls in the middle of it.

Yup, just like it never happened. But, when it catches up to you it's game over after that.

    Which one?

Depends on how many days you've been up and if you eat or not. I don't do energy drinks as they are banned on jobsites. Coffee and good food every 4 hours keeps me keeping on.

    Yup!!!

I quit a job recently having 66 days strait. I worked 12-18 hour days too. I took 5 weeks off work to recover. That's why most oilfield jobs have equal time off.

Storm we got yesterday caused AT&T towers near me to go down. Not fun.
