and @chrisrocks300 justin hooked you up with a cheap/easy cb setup, go with that.

 

Even cheaper with Brian's free fire stick and Andrew can get me free coax

 

boom there you go, I don't believe Brian's was a firestik nor free lol. He said antenna he'd let go of, but that's between you and him haha

When he said I'll let go of without a price I just assumed, I'll pay him if he wants me to though

 

gotcha, well hell you're still coming out super cheap on a setup and you'll have comms. comms are, in my opinion, crucial on the trail.

It's not necessary, but I would. I have a spring and quick disconnect.

what do you mean? Amazon is 2 day shipping, but they should have most everything at a Pilot gas station or truck stop.

some will. I've seen them at Pilot stations (the one in Priceville I specifically remember)
