well if you got 3" out of the 885's you might end up with a 7" lift lol you ready for that much?
i was not ready for the 4" of lift that the 887's gave me....after almost a year of waiting and saving for them i was also reading all the reviews on here about them and almost every one was getting 3" of lift.
i also did not consider what type of armor everyone had no their rig. had i know i would have went with the 885's. live and learn

Slow at work so worked on the truck today. Installed tail light bars and new decals. Put the brush bar on the front last week.

Took the day off from work to get some errands done. In the process, removed the little front mud flaps since I have a bit of rubbing going on when doing a full turn since I got my new wheels and tires put on. Hopefully that's what was rubbing.

yep, make sure you get the right length coax and ground it well like any cb. I was able to tune it pretty well on the meter and it works well for what i need it for....Until more of us get our Ham licenses.....

The ride is night and day difference! Much smoother, over any small bump like a curb I can't really feel <5mph. The coils came at their preload set (right in the middle of the threads I believe) and I'm waiting on a spanner wrench to come so I can adjust. Imo, my front rides higher than the rear (I blame the leafs Toyota put in after my leafspring recall, they just don't seem to hold up the rear as well, even with my AAL in :gossip:) but as for ICON, I am amazed and very happy :thumbsup: hope that answered your question if not let me know!

Got em mounted but not wired, also had to remove the tubing for my Hella Air Horns... Had NO horns on the way to work and of course I had fools pulling infront of me.

If you off road much I'd suggest putting the stock one back in underneath it. The TRD skid doesn't handle hits very well.
Throw some pond lines or bike tube rubber in between the leafs.

Glad you said that. I was just getting ready to ask if it was necessary to run both. I dont do any off roading. Just some rough pasture roads but nothing that will ever contact the plate and those are driven at very low speeds. Thanks man!
