Cars.com gives the taco a higher rating than the Colorado. But in five years from now, it'll be a landslide positive for the Taco as the Colorado falls apart.
    And you know it will.

Negative. I was watching a review on the new zr2. It's got transmission issues as well. Something about the torque converting not locking at the right rpm. 1st and 2nd slams into gear...

Who says the New Ranger will be defect free. It's a Ford, I'd expect a lot of recalls

Bet the transmission will overheat with those wheels. TFL did a thing with the new trucks. The Ridge line was the first to fail due to the transmission overheating lol

Your avatar is a pic of women's heels, so buying a Ridgeline makes sense. Do you walk around your house in a pair of panties with your weiner tucked in?o_O

For those who have suggested or possibly trolled with the suggestion of a frontier....

When I traded mine it had 250000 miles. It was an 05 and I had the radiator that caused the tranny to fail. They recalled, but if you actually drove your truck in real life... it likely had more mileage than what the recall allowed for. That sucked. At year 2, one of the rear Windows stopped going all the way down. A while after, the CD player locked up and quit. The interior was cheap, the tow sockets were hung under the bumper like a cheap earring, it had a horrible squealing every time it rained, and a loud engine rattle anytime it was cold when you took off. The dealer really wouldn't address any of the noises.

I think people who buy Fords have lower expectations from their vehicle.
