    2" lift, 285/70/17 BFG TA KO2's, baja bumper, bedrack with swing out, CVT RTT, Leather interior, heated seats, JBL, remote start, K&N intake, Hood Scoop LED lightbar mod.
    These bumpers are obviously not made to protect the entire front of the vehicle. They are made to provide a place for a winch and light bar to add function without a bunch of extra weight.

    These are such a big improvement over the factory bumper. I don't think there's any way I could install one though. I guess a body shop could do it? That's gotta be pricey, right?

    All you need is a cheap ass $20 4.5 inch grinder with a cutting wheel and basic hand tools. Takes a little time but well worth the investment. And that @C4 Fabrication LoPro is the shit.

    the tools are not very expensive. Worth the extra 20 bucks when buying a 700 dollar bumper :)

    SSO has a group buy going on for their Slimline Hybrid bumper. It's currently at 15% off, but we can get it all the way down to 25% off if we get enough people. If you're in the fence, this is a great time to do it. I think they are going to cap it at 25 people.

    What is the actual protection of the bull bar? I know they look ultra cool (I had one on my Land Rover Discovery), but, really, what are they really protecting against? I'm debating between the US Offroad design linked to earlier and the SSO and trying to get over the allure of the bull bar.

    That looks very nice, Dave! Did you actually paint those shackles half red and half black? This is an option, but I'm still wondering: is the bull bar just for looks (which I think it is, and I love it) or is there any protection value.

    No i ordered red shackles with black rubber guards. The Hoop is what they call it and its seems to be very stout, it maybe able to handle a HI LIFT Jack , i have not confirmed that with SSO . I think it adds some extra protection for any frontal impacts you may encounter on and offroad!

    Don't put a hi lift on the front of your car. Turns into a missile if in a crash. I cringe every time I see a hood mounted hi lift or one on the hoops.
