nothing for the 4.0L v8 outside of maybe the URD maf calibrator is going to do you any good (and the URD is debatable at best)

Needless to say dont waste your money on a performance chip or Cold air intake (as your truck already has a CAI stock)

I tend to buy Lays or Ruffles chips. If you really want the best quality and performance, try the Grandma Utz Handcooked ones.

You should still be able to use your favorite dip, maybe some minor rubbing but minimal trimming should do the trick.

    for sanity

there are performance chips which are total scams. many. but they WILL make HP and WILL increase MPG
by fooling the A/F signal and forcing you to run extremely lean, which makes a more power and better MPG but also
valve melting, head warping, engine killing, heat. these are the cheap 'resistor' style chips and stay away, all
of them are total scams. [and if they actually do anything, they will blow your engine up soon]

The only true 'chip' that makes any sense for these motors, also requires $3000.00 or more of engine
parts and add-ons like a turbo or a blower, and accessories, to go with it. and the chip is actually advanced and 'goes with
    those components.

So unless you are spending 3 grand PLUS, with a huge box of parts, injectors, and other bits....
    there ain't no 'performance chips'.**

No thanks on the performance chips, and no thanks to the 3 grand in parts and ripping my motor apart , I already have a 71 cutless motor or 350 ripped apart and getting heads bored out, I like my truck ! Lol I'm great at taking apart , been doing it for 40plus years, it's the putting back together that always becomes the problem and then I start spending a small fortune on " il just upgrade this " parts as I like to call them , there projects , but this ? This is MY truck , not the wife's , not the kids, mine damnit !

Wishful thinking--it would be pretty neat though. Ferrari makes a 4 liter V8, they made a 2.0 L too, cutest damned thing you ever saw...
