If you don't plan to use armor for protection you could get something similar to what projeckt has as they bolt to the same location as the running boards. Sliders are awesome, but if you never plan to wheel, no need to add that amount of weight and stoutness IMO.

 

I saw those. Think they will fit access cab? Guess I have to email Avid.

 

4xinnovations are great, inexpensive but weld on. I think you can get them for 225. I run them and love them.

Yeh I thought about that, but, in the end, would rather have the sliders. The Tyger Armors are pretty "running board-y" IMO. Definitely look better than what I had, but if I can find some sliders for the price of the Tygers ($279), I will take them.

I would think at a minimum it doesn't hurt to ask the guy for measurements on the length of the sliders.

he specifically says to ask Avid. And these arent real sliders. They are steps like @Me. Projekt

 

I get that, but does the guy physically have them? I would think if you know how to sell sliders, hopefully you might be coherent enough to be able to use a tape measure?

 

Yep I emailed him and he is going to take the measurements for me.
