What Have You Done To Your 2nd Gen Tacoma Today?

I installed it yesterday, so not sure what to say as for my truck. I've had it on my 2nd vehicle and have done one oil change so far. You don't have to deal with oil plug anymore, cleaner/faster oil changes as well. I'd probably buy it again. Some people cry because it doesn't drain the oil as fast, but I think they just sit watching the oil draining instead of manage their time better and do something else while the oil drains.

 

This is way easier than how I did it!

 

We didn't even loosen up the cam bolts. Just pried them a little.

 

I like mine too. I clean the air filter while the oil drains, so it taking slightly longer doesn't bother me. Not having to pick the plug out of the oil pan is nice.

 

Shit my ass was disconnecting the sway bar, disconnecting the spindle from the upper control arm then futzing around with the coilover till it magically came out!

 

You will be prepared next time!

 

I bought a kayak to put in it!!!!

 

Went out fishing yesterday, kicked up a stick on a dirt road and it broke one of my door badges... So today I debadged the rest of the truck, washed, and waxed. I also picked up he carpet for my new dog platform, and hope to wrap that tonight!

 

Sweet. I wish I needed a kayak.

 

Spindles on, truck aligned, dakars next week ignore the chrome steps, sliders have been ordered.

Was about to give mine a nice long hand wash after work but it started snowing so that's not happening...

 

Ordered a Trasharoo today. Also should be receiving my solar panel, charge controller, inverter and volt meter today. Wiring and building a custom box in the bed to hold everything to come in the next few days!
