    Sounds good. Thanks.

Worst case I will order the 85w bulbs from rallylights and when they go out replace with 100w.

Perfect. I am ordering them now. I ordered the harness. June 11th my buddy is helping install new headlights with these bulbs/harness as well as my Rigid fogs. :)

I will let you know if the eBay guy messages me back.

After seeing how rampant Chinese versions of the Osram 100/90w bulbs are on eBay (literally every single listing but the one I had linked in the thread) I've updated the the thread to recommend Powerbulbs as the place to purchase authentic German bulbs. They are actually cheaper than eBay as well. I kept the eBay link with some notes for those that still prefer eBay.

Installed this set up and was happy with the lighting difference but the bulbs only lasted around 3 months.

Went back to the cheapest auto zone lights possible. They last forever.

That is relatively short, even for this mod. Did you always drive with your headlights on? Or start your truck with your headlights on? (Which is a bulb killer). The bulbs are rated at 200 hours.

That is precision engineering for you, that both bulbs last nearly the exact same amount of time.

Long life bulbs which are cheap do last forever. However they are among the lowest performing in terms of light output, which is an acceptable trade off for some. Definitely not the point of this mod.

Well that was quick. Looks like the German 100/90ws are sold out nearly everywhere I can find. Could always go with the 85/80w version.

There is German Auto Parts. I've ordered here for a variety of my German cars and everything is from Germany, down to the oil. They are a little ambiguous on the listing, but I believe these are the same German Osram 100/90w bulbs. The bulb draw is spec'd at 80w low beam, hence the possible different listing, and Osram and Sylvania are the same company. German Auto Parts is located in the USA. You could email them to confirm these are the German 100/90w Rallye bulbs:
    http://www.germanautoparts.com/productdisplay/75935

Interestingly they also carry h4 100/90w Flossers, which is the same brand I used in the foglight upgrade. The Flossers are very elusive for specs though, and the Osrams have the highest output and longevity out of the high wattage h4 bulbs I could find specs on.

I picked up mine from the FedEx store last night. Ordered 4 bulbs. Super fast shipping. I think it was 5 days.

Yes that should be correct, HL28200. I recommend testing the system as described in the original post but I have not yet seen any 2015s that are ground switched, meaning the conventionally switched harness should work.

I haven't read through the whole thread, so Ill just butt in.

I like what you have done, but with all do respect, this is still not an appropriate solution to a low headlight output because it will disburse so much light out of the halogen light assembly that it becomes almost or just as bad as an improper HID retrofit. There is an obvious reason the bulb manufacturers recommend these bulbs as "off road use only", no pun intended.

One other simple suggestion that would cause better light output, no need for a retrofit and not blind people so much is to use bulbs with a wattage no higher than 10 from stock.

Decided a long time ago to purchase my bulbs from candlepower.com for this same reason.

Maybe you should read the whole thread. This isn't like an HID kit w/o retrofit. It's like stock cut-off with more light. Nobody gets blinded with stock cut-off, right? Same here. Just brighter.
