what can I do cheaply to improve the power from my 3.4? I can't afford a turbo or s/c and it's my daily so I can't motor swap it or pull it out and rebuild it

Nothing. Exhaust, headers won't do much without f/I.

Really I can't swap cams and put in bigger injectors?

People that swap to bigger injectors like the Supra injectors are typically looking to offset the need for more fuel deliverance in the case of say a supercharger. Putting them in a stock configuration will just run super rich. Only instance I've seen for swapping cams is from a Camry/IS300 and the gain is minimal.

So would putting a blower on it hurt my reliability? My truck has 265K on it but the motor has 60K

How big of a power gain did you get out of it?

A good amount I'm easily seeing around 300 hp. That's with a smaller pulley and 7th injector kit. You can check my build to see what I've done.

Not at all. You can always install a 160° TRD tstat for additional precaution especially for warmer climates and towing but is not necessary.

If you have an automatic transmission, you should consider an additional transmission cooler to supplement the one in your radiator. A valve body upgrade or shift kit is also a good idea to save some wear and tear on the transmission.

Depends on how you drive it then. I know people have roasted through a clutch pretty quickly with the SC, but if you don't launch it at every stoplight you should be fine.

That's unfortunate. If you take care of it you'll have a nice truck for a long time.

It's buried in the forums here somewhere. I honestly don't have time to search for it sorry.
