Maybe I'm a ricer, but I'm still happy with my TRD exhaust purchase. More expensive than some other options, but the sound is great. It has a fancy chrome tip, so I feel obligated not to cut it off. Once I get a steel rear bumper to replace the chrome, the tip will go too. Speaking of dechroming. I got my color match grille in today. Not sure if I'll just plastidip/paint the emblem or change to a mesh grille. I'll decide after I do the BHLM this weekend.

Yeah there is one close to the trail head that should be able to hold 10 or so trucks with tables and I think some grills.

We could fit alot more, but might have to park some yards away. The horseshoe trail head is never that crowded like Norhtshore. Trail is not as good though.

I am good for either or. I am also not the best but have improved a lot since I have been riding a lot more. Do need to get my uphill game improved though...

Man, that really changes the look of it. I dig it.

I just bought a SR5 grille off of TW. Not sure when it'll be in but I think it will make it look better than the cheese grater on the front now. Plus the plastidip is peeling off of it now. The pro grille is badass but not for the $$$ everyone wants for it.

Lets plan on horseshoe. The trail is pretty chill so I think we could find enough spots and not have to worry about being ran off. As for riding, the trail is good. A couple of sections that you might consider technical but over all its one little climb and pretty flat otherwise.

I don't ride trails anymore, I scar too badly and I've got enough scars to not need any more. One collarbone break was enough as well.

No I checked like 20 different websites and Toyota of Cool Springs, TN was the cheapest. Most everyone else was $200-205. Cool Springs was $191. Never heard of them but good service. I ordered it Monday morning and received it today.
Ditching the chrome grille has always been on the list, but I've held off on a lot of the non-functional mods. It's not as big of a difference because of the silver truck, but I think the BHLM will really set it off.
Keep your phone handy and watch for a possible PM on Sunday. :anonymous:

I'm really hoping it's as easy as the write-ups make it out to be. :fingerscrossed:

i baked one of oem pair to take a part, the other I gave to zac. I had done it before when I had a subaru so i wanted to see if the steps have changed. The toughest part will be what to do with the current seal... rip it all out and clean it up or reuse it at the risk of getting a bad seal. Taking it a part is easy..

I got the roll of 3m window weld and am planning to clean out the old and completely reseal with new butyl. I also bought some clear silicone to seal the edge if I see fit. If it goes bad I'll get a used set or buy the sr/pro lights for $400.

I got the pro lights. They're not quite as dark as I wanted, but they are better than the chrome. Hense the spare set. I'm around this weekend, so if you screw it up the first time and need time to fix em, my set is in boxes ready to go. I'm in Richardson, so not far away.

*Edit: Also, a hell of a lot cheaper than $400 for the pro lights!

Man i wish i could get over time... I am not hourly so i get paid if i dont work though! :brianr:

It sounds like you were trying to go to fast bro! Also never charge a course you dont know!

Ok i just found my new riding buddy! Haha. Same here, i need to get back on it and get some exercise and some vitamin D from the sun!

I did the mesh mod. I bought mine from custom car grills, pretty cheap. Let me know if you need some help, i have some pretty good tools for cutting and sanding the grill insert. I bought this specifically for modding my grill... it can cut and sand which is awesome!

So we all will be slow! :yay:
Try locking your front fork when you climb.
If @Suprajim54 is successful in his attempts this weekend, and the price is right, i may buy your spare set to do a projector retrofit... Ive been wanting to do it for a while.
