I feel like my money is my money. I don't think I'd tell someone what to do with theirs. I don't think I could do the joint bank account thing. This is probably why I'll never get hitched

Guy I work with has separate finances from his wife. They jointly own the house and alternate paying for things, but that's it.

While I'm 100% firm on no kids, I'm not completely against marriage. I just have a hard time seeing the point of it for someone like me. If it ever happened, there'd definitely have to be a prenup.

 

I fell for that once, served a ten year sentence, escaped with a house, two dogs, no kids, no alimony and a whole lot more happiness.

 

Yeah I don't think kids are on the table for me at this point. And def pre nup. I've worked too hard to have someone take my shit
