    Did he move your seat? Strange question, but moving the seat affects your muscle memory and (indirectly) how you manipulate the throttle.

    they probably did the reflash tsb so the shifting points are better than they were previously so the performance feels improved,nothing wrong with that. also once they reflash it, it cannot revert back to how it shifted previously before. the dude talking about limp dicks is totally off his rocker, enjoy your improved 3rd GEN man.

    Not sure on that, may need techstream to actually flash it. My truck drives better when it has been flashed (when it is in Learning mode) then the truck Learns to drive 'Tarded again. I have tested it many times over nearly 2 years and 25K miles and I know this for a fact.

    I posted this earlier today in another thread: Mine is still bad. I've given up on it. The dealership has applied two software updates, theyve cleared the ECU two or three times now (lost count) it just reverts back to shit after several thousand miles. I've driven like a grandma. I've driven normal. I've raced it like Andretti. No dice. It's just a poor combo of motor and transmission. For what you gain in fuel economy over similar platforms and previous generations it is NOT worth the annoying performance. Swing and a miss by Toyota.
