    same thing happened when I had my inspection. It took over 3 hours and I had to go inside to grab my dog. Then drove around for a while and came back for them to still be there. They ended up backing out.... I have 3 weeks to sell now before I leave

    That sucks man. The market is definitely good for sellers right now so hopefully you can get a new contract on it before you have to go.

    Got another one the other day. But we'll see after the inspection

    I was told them we'd fix half the things and give them $250 credit towards closing. Most things are basic maintenance so I can do it myself.
