Chris did they give you a Tens unit ?? , that helped me a lot on my (2) slap repairs (rot cuff surgeries ) . also wall walking with my fingers or even pendulum swings . Any of these helps strengthen the muscles plus relieves muscle cramping

Isn't this a workers comp injury , if so they should supply you with a Tens unit

If you were closer I could give you one of my Tens units , I've got (4) I've collected over the many surgeries I've had

:boom:Mind blown ... How the hell has this never occurred to me!?!?!?!?!????? We don't have too hard a time up here keeping stuff cold from the heat, so I haven't seen a need to invest in one of those super duty coolers when my Igloo(s) are doing the job just fine.....

BUT ... Keeping food and especially water from freezing ... that's a different story.

... added RTIC, or similar to my buy list for before hunting season. Thanks Mike! :fistbump:

Some things are NOT joked about, or messed with:
    1) Top of the list is coffee, ask any troop whoever worked with and/or for me.
    2) Nowadays, at my present age and work schedule, my naps are sacred and necessary to the safe passage and survival of those around me.

    You have been warned.

    :fingerscrossed: &

Yeah, what Chief says ...

Tried ... Little Skipperke girl dog (Shadow) doesn't seem to be on board with the before work nap concept ... she wakes/stirs about 45-60 mins in. I used to kennel her during my day naps when my wife was in town; but now, since I have to kennel her for close to 11 hours while at work, I'm letting her nap on the bed with Bear and I. Fortunately, the morning or mid-day nap she seems to be good for 4+ hours. Might have to adjust from two shorter naps (morning and evening) to one longer mid-day nap for the Summer while we work thru this shtuff.

    G'nite and rest well Chief.

    Sleep well Susan. :)

    Hiya OP

"Creepy pic Andy" is my favorite version.

I figure it's worth a try if I can get 1 sadly I've pretty well become accustomed to it.

My hunting/fishing buddy swears by his Tens unit; he had back repair surgery after falling off a K-loader about 10 feet up. I'd push to get one if it were me ... I've never heard anyone that needed/used one say it didn't help. :notsure:

The pain I've had the back pain for years, The doctors won't do pain treatments anymore so I work and live with it. Surgery is the next step and they refuse until I can't get out of bed. They say with what they'll have to do I'll never work again at the least.

Ima tell you right now, you try and ban coffee and we got one guy on here will probably try to kill you. This isn't a warning or threat. More like a statement of fact.
