    So today I woke up and my right ankle was all fucked up for no reason, granted I did make more money hustling on the corner this afternoon cause I was walking with a limp.

    After work I met a friend for a hike who I haven't hung out with a long time, and we've been fighting so I couldn't flake and figured I'd just power through it and be fine.

    Seriously less than a mile in I feel excruciating pain in my foot/ ankle so I tried playing it off like I needed a water break. Sit down on a tree stump, get back up and I literally can't walk. She offered to carry my back pack which had a shit ton of water in it, but I was so blindsided I agreed.

    It was horrible, had to treck back down to the other nearest trail back to the car. I have no idea what's wrong, nothing is swollen it just appears that the arch of my foot is bruised. Have no clue what to do. Any ideas?
