Yeah i think everyone was in agreement that the pinion was set too far in since there was wear on the outside of the gears. Said it came preassembled tho so i think he was emailing them and preparing some all caps words

@LadyRed can possibly shed some light for you. Think she pulled it off on the front bumper.

Click quote on the message you want to put in your sig. Instead of writing a reply just select upload_2017-5-26_13-38-40.jpg and copy it.

    Then go here:

    upload_2017-5-26_13-37-36.jpg

And then paste the copied text into the signature text box.

    I certainly can!

So I called the guy who backed into me's insurance and filed a claim with them. Never even talked to my insurance company. Then his insurance set up all the appointments and everything. They asked if I wanted to have them fix it or give me a check and take it where I want. Within a week I had the check for the damage. $1200 cash.

You are absolutely correct about not much is stock on a "stock" racing car.

Absolutely loving my Dan Wesson Specialist with TLR-2G weapon light/green laser. Loved my Valor but think the Specialist offers more for your money.

I own a number of pistols and revolvers but if I could only have one it would be a 1911.

Nowhere near 4000, but what would a project like this be worth to you guys. I have a chance to buy it from a guy about 2 hours from me.

The 1987 already has the SAS kit and fresh axle installed. It also comes with 35s or 37s I can't remember. I went and saw it in my TDI car, only rust was around rear quarter panel. No frame rust.

Thanks guys. I'm trying to talk myself into a decision.
