I know most of us are primarily mountain bikers, but I've seen a few motor cycle riders here too. All this being said we lost a great man and a bad ass rider! Here is a shout out to the Legend Nicky Hayden!!!! RIP Braap!

Now I can finally be part of this thread! I crashed out about 10 days ago. High speed crash on a narrow downhill trail with a 70 ft drop on one side. Luckily I high sided it lol. Broke a finger and lots of dirt rash and since I'm old was really sore for several days. So while I was resting I bought a new Tacoma! I ride about 1200 miles of single track a season so not being able to ride for a week really sucked. Finally last night we loaded up the Nikes and I went for a nice slow 10 mile ride. It will take awhile to get back up to speed and probably a bit longer for my courage to come back. Why? When I wrecked, of course I bounced and slid and when I came to a stop my body was across the trail but my legs were hanging over the hill. If I would have wrecked The other way... probably wouldn't be typing this today. Anyway, we loaded up the bikes and, broke finger and all, rode a nice loop and it was great o be back in the woods. My current ride is a Trek Stache 29+ and the other bike in the pic is my son's Trek Rig with a 1X10 conversion. Here's a pic of the bikes after getting back home (safely lol) and a pic of one of the trails where I spend just about every evening. Thanks for reading and the great welcome to this forum.

What bike mount did you buy? I've been looking for a setup that I can install like you have. Right now, steepandcheap is selling bike mounts, but I thought I'd check this thread first.

Did a 4 day epic with my homies.

Got an 8 stitch war wound and a few cracked ribs on the Ribbon Trail in GJ and still competed in the Iron Horse Bike Classic in Durango on a total bitch of a race course. Came in DFL, but still had fun regardless!

Then we decided to make a party lap in Moab on the way home...what a terrible weekend.

It's the rockymounts loball mount.. I got one for each side of the truck. And on my truck I had to purchase the genuine toyota rail for behind the cab to mount them on.

I don't know if you can tell from the picture, but the front wheel is not connected.
