I've never posted on this because I've only had my tacoma for 3 months but I have replaced the timing belt and the rear wheel bearings. (Things I can't really show) but I've also sound proofed the doors. Changed from the stock wheels to the newer steel wheels with chrome covers. I've also added a light bar into the bumper of the truck. 20170515_174408.jpg 20170515_183629.jpg 20170526_170443.jpg 20170515_174408.jpg 20170515_183629.jpg 20170526_170443.jpg 20170526_171811.jpg 20170526_221045.jpg 20170526_221108.jpg

Went to my local Pick n Pull today since I needed a new sunroof for my E320. I saw they had a '96 regular cab in the yard so I stopped to take a look at it. Can't believe how stripped this thing was with how much damaged it sustained. It's only been there for a week and it's already stripped to hell.

I also found an absolutely pristine 1996 owners manual on the floor so if anyone needs one message me.

Haha I just came back from the junkyard since the sunroof on my 2000 E320 shattered spontaneously. I was a dumbass and ripped the whole headliner out to take the glass assembly and I realized all I had to do was unscrew a couple bolts.

    IMG_1980.jpg

Also here's the best mod I've done to my benz, by far.

    wheres the TRD sticker/emblem?;)

My drivers door lock was doing something weird, when you pull the outside handle it would lock the door! I lubed the lock mechanism and it seems to have stopped for now, I hope I dont have to get a new door lock assembly....

For the benz? Luckily unlike the Tacoma, Mercedes-Benzes are plentiful at the junkyards and the lock actuators don't cost an arm and a leg like the Tacoma actuators do.

I saw a Prius the other day with a TRD sticker, I had to do a double take. Haha.

Although if the current prius had a two door hatch option it wouldn't look so much like an egg.:D

Also I recently did this stuff but forgot this thread existed :D
New IC works pretty good. Inlet temps are near atmo when cruising and on boost, I really need to move my intake out of the engine bay and wrap my intake pipes as well...all to come evetually

I'm planning on putting in Audi/Benz seats to replace my stock buckets. If the Germans do one thing right it's their car seats.

Driving through a pass in lovely southern Oregon my radiator blew, engine overheated, and blew the head gaskets  so 16 years and 209,000 miles later.........she gets a brand new Yotashop dressed long block.

Radiator fluid all over the front of engine bay:sadviolin:

Jeez haha. What I really want are the Mercedes AMG leather seats. Dynamic control, full body adjustment, heated AND cooled seats, massage controls, and storage. What more can you ask for.

Pricey as all hell, as you can imagine. Not as expensive as Corbeau seats though.

That would take the Taco to a whole new level :bowdown::thumbsup: But probably cost as much as the taco...

In all reality I'm still going the 4Runner swap when the time comes.
