I saw it with my wife yesterday.

My wife even loved it! It is not a kids movie. It is catered to my generation - the generation that grew up on Transformers. The movie was awesome!!!

I want one of all of them! ;)

Yeah, it was a pretty kick ass movie, took me back to my childhood. hey i have a question though. I had to pee really bad so i left the theater pretty quick when the credits started rolling, but as i was leaving i think something flew into space or something, maybe megatron, i dunno. Can anyone tell me what happened after the credits started rolling?

They have already agreed to two more movies, so here comes another trilogy. I saw it opening night and yes it was awesome. I too grew up with them as well and was really looking forward to this movie a year ago when I first saw that one minute trailer with the Mars rover. I'm just glad it lived up to my expectations.

Ditto on that! I was glad that they kept it fairly true to the cartoon and the comic book.

...I really miss being a kid. Of course, my wife says that I still am a kid.

I almost had a moment in the movie when Optimus Prime first came out... My jaw dropped and I was incomplete awe! Think it almost gave me chills..
Thought it was just so cool to see something I watched as a cartoon as a child and now it was before my very eyes in real life.. Was just awesome!

It has been probably 18 or 20 years since i have seen the cartoon so i have no idea if it was accurate or not. How is it going to continue with most of the decepticons destroyed as well as the All Spark?

I thought they did an awesome job on his voice - very close to the cartoon version.

Does anyone have any idea how they're gonna make a sequel? Megatron had to have survived somehow or there can be no sequel.... come on i know someone has to know something!!!

Well I'm about to prove the fact that I'm a nerd. Megatron died in the cartoons as well but was rebuilt and became Galvatron and the series lasted a number of years with numerous story lines so I'm sure they can come up with something.

You can download or watch a good many of the original episodes on Youtube.

Yes... the voice or Prime was the origanal dude..

I'm thinking that megatron isn't dead.. I mean, if he could survive for many years in the frozen cold... I think he could survive at the bottom of the ocean.. lol.. its movies.. they can make magic happen! Plus Starscream was left... or was he... could have been Megatron too at the very end of the movie! And if you look back at the cartoons... there are a lot more Autobots and Decepticons to replace the ones that got trashed... and if you remember they were always repaired back at home base also..
LOL Nerdiness coming out big time here...

That's okay. I am working from home today, and now I see why they don't let many people do this. I am more interested in talking about a cartoon from my childhood than editing a database. :p
