    That would be nice. What also would be nice is to spend the budget on updating the military infrastructure. Even on the civilian side its freakin pathetic. W are "corporate" with other yards, take "corporate" classes so we all are trained the same, yet if you travel to their yard nothing transfers right over and you have to demonstrate you know what you are doing.

    Then again i cant complain as what Im doing we have a pretty open budget outside of actual equipment. Nothing like training on 12's....

    But like any military guy i could talk of how silly our budget is for hours :)
