Who has a cargo divider? Does it run in the factory bed rails?

I am considering one of these to keep my cooler, pack, etc. from bouncing around on hunting trips. I like to keep gear secure in the back but still accessable. Looking for a review.

As well is it the same part # for the std. bed as compared th the short bed?

    Thanks.

It should be the same part number for both the long and short bed. I have a feeling that the OEM cargo divider fits in the rack, but I don't know.

Yes it does fit in the factory bed rails. I have a long bed and it fits perfectly.

I recently installed an Access LE cover (which sits behind the factory bed rails). So I had to cut about an inch off each end of the cargo divider.

Here are some pics after the cover installation:

Will it slide past the wheel wells?

Yes, it slides pasted the wheel wells both before and after installing the cover. I cut an inch off each end so that it still sits in the middle of the truck.

Long since dead thread but I wanted to say thanks anyway, I am looking at this divider but with my roll up top was concerned the knobs would get in the way (knobs on the divider) but this was a great idea...just turn them upside down...

    Thanks!

I have a cheaper version. It's called Loading Zone. It was giving to me as a birthday present from my Girlfriend. It doesn't go into the rails just locks into the sides of the bed. Nothing very special but cheap. It does the trick but I would rather one that goes into the rails. Mine is a pain in the butt to remove and re-install.

I am now searching for the posters (pictures above) thread if he has one on cutting the rails, looks like he had to cut them to make it work...

5100's all around, fronts at 1.75". TSB leaf pack + Toytec TSB AAL
I've got the exact same setup as MZ_TazComa (same Tonneau, same orientation with the bed divider, etc).

I really like the whole setup. I keep the divider slid all the way to the tailgate so there is about 1.5ft to 2ft of space. I can put stuff back there without having it slide all over the bed. I keep a few bungees strapped to the divider so I can bungee things to it if need be.

It easily slides up and down the rails, easily fits under the Access LE (there is another version of the Access tonneau that sits lower, dont think it will fit under that one), and is even easy to take out and put in (once you get the hang of it).

For biking, I have to bike mounts on my front rail, the forks of the bikes mount on these. I keep the divider up in front of the bed when I have bikes in the bed, and I secure the spare tires between the divider and the very front of the bed by pushing the divider all the way forward, then tightening down the knobs.

Anyways, works great for me. I worked it into the deal when I purchased my truck.

My cover is by Truxedo and it mounts on the outside of the rails (built in rails) so I am rethinking the factory divider because I won't be able to slide it around as cargo needs dictate. my cover actually has brackets that use the Toyota bed rails as anchor points

    Re-Re-Resurecting this thread.

What brand of cargo dividers have you purchased and from where?

About the "another version of the Access tonneau that sits lower, dont think it will fit under that one" note. I just ordered an Access Roll-up from Luke at Truck Alterations. Is that the "another version"? Or will all/some cargo divders fit under the tonneau?

    thanks in advance

The Access Rollup will be fine with the OE cargo divider, it is the same profile as the one pictured a few posts above. The Lorado, Vanish and Tonnosport are the ones that it won't work with.
