    This is the sickspeed shiftier - https://www.sickspeed.com/products?car=76-2516-2016&clev=0&hs=1. If you have a 6 speed you can just specify in the comments what pattern you want (I just googled 6 speed L-reverse pattern in google and sent it in). I think it weighs probably 2 1/2 Lbs. It has a nice weight to it and the added height makes shifting a lot more comfortable.

    Ill find the stl file if I have it to upload. My printer (aka, the person who did it for me) moved onto bigger and better things, leaving me with the washer method in the meantime.

    SHIFT_KNOB_RING_SIMPLE_V2.jpg SHIFT_KNOB_RING_SIMPLE_V2_2.jpg So now its just a circle and will probably be pretty hard to click it into the shifter boot at first. But I also put a couple of internal groves in there as this design will need some sort of o-ring to give friction between the boot and the shifter shaft and prevent it from sliding around.

    Or just a 2 axis lathe and vertical milling center with a 4th axis. Now it's likely more practical to machine it, IMO.

    I'd keep it. I've had my grommet for approximately a year now and I'm noticing the rubber is starting to break down a bit. I'm going to assume at some point in the not too distant future I'll be replacing mine.
