You don't need guards for the windows but these double as a MOLLE type panel...

Then why not just use molle panels instead of heavy rattly softcore pornography zombie cage

Because Molle panels block out natural light in the cab when put over a window... i can still see through these. And theyll go along with the metal molle panel I bought for the back seat already.

The truck is also not going to be a DD anymore. Its going to always be packed and ready to wheel or camp whenever. The more organized the storage is for me the better.

What about once you use them for storage? Won't the items block the light or will you only be storing clear items? I totally understand wanting to support and help out your buddy but I just can't see these things being useful for anything other than keeping a dog in an open window:notsure:

ECGS told me that there wasn't a specific break in procedure for the front. I just drove it around and then went to Takeover. Changed the oil right after.

I can situate the bags as to leave enough area for light to come through. My whole truck is already a blind spot and I roll in the slow lane so I don't have to look out the passenger side of my truck and as you know its really the only rear window youd need to look in to see if there was a car there but that is what mirrors are for.

I personally think itd be nice. And who knows maybe once we make them for my truck (mine are going to be full door length) you will also like them.

I also purchased that Molle panel that replaces be back seats in the truck...

im going to add on to that with my buddy's design and make something that goes over the 2 side windows of the back glass. Leaving the center window open for full operation.

Some guys are interested in it for cap security as well. Could double as some MOLLE bed storage once we figure out a mounting procedure. Will need to hit up @Chux when he gets back from the honey moon to see how his window track system is mounted so we could possibly do something on the inside.
